Sponsored by Turkish Cypriot Human Rights Foundation (TCHRF), British High Commission and U.S. Embassy with the participation of Near East University, a week devoted on combating trafficking of human beings is being organized with the theme of 'Combating Human Trafficking: Time to Act' between 3-5 June 2009. The week will take place as a continuation of the last year's conference which took place at the end of February, namely 'Combating Human Trafficking' for the sake of awareness raising into the one of the most important human rights problem, trafficking of human beings, in Cyprus.
